I checked Google for actual local florists and found Thistle and Thorn. I ordered on-line after store hours & they were able to deliver the next day. They called & asked if they could substitute a flower they were out of and sent me a picture of the finished arrangement. I was very impressed with their service and the arrangement they made. I highly recommend them.

I highly praise this Flower Shop. They were able to do last min arrangement for my daughter on a Friday,during prom week. Another florist had canceled on me last min. But the incredible people there at Thistle came to the rescue with a stunning bouquet for my beautiful daughter. Thank you Mrs. Kayla!! Y’all have gained a lifelong customer.

Molly, thank you for your feedback. I am sorry to hear that your hydrangea did not last for as long as you had hoped. Hydrangeas are very thirsty flowers and can wilt quickly if water deprived. I reviewed your order to find that your arrangement was created in a shallow container. It is important to make sure to top off the vase with fresh water daily to ensure that all flowers have enough to drink, especially with hydrangeas! Should a hydrangea wilt quickly in the future, a trick is to remove the stem, give it a fresh cut and place in hot water. The bloom will perk back up soon

I am out of state and ordered a flower arrangement to treat my aunt for her birthday. There was a minor mix-up with the delivery date that was resolved quickly and incredibly! I was gifted the flower arrangement so do not know what the reqeusts were, but it did not feel like a valentines day arrangement - more like a very formal event or even funeral. It was very heavy and dark. It also was not balanced from side to side or even in height.

Our designer chose to create a modern/asymmetric floral design in an upscale mercury glass container that we actually featured on our Instagram as one of our premium Valentines day options. The process was easy and efficient. The flowers were delivered as scheduled. The arrangement was smaller than anticipated and didn’t seem appropriate for the price paid. I called to see if they offered a military discount but they do not. The staff were friendly and courteous.

While we do not offer a military discount, we do offer the most competitive pricing in our town, which we are also proud of. I also wanted to comment on the size of your arrangement. Your price point was a medium size arrangement that included premium blooms including ranunculus and hydrangeas. These stems cost more per stem and result in the size of your arrangement. We would love another chance to make someone you care about a beautiful arrangement in the future!

I realize it was a same-day order, and am thankful I was able to have it delivered. However, as a birthday arrangement/gift, I was a little disappointed there was at a ribbon or something to distract from the scotch tape grid on the vase. With the price point selected, a ribbon seems like such a small detail to forgo to make the arrangement more presentable.

The arrangement was gorgeous, but there were short flowers stuck in that didnt reach the water, so began wilting very quickly & some old ones that also wilted quickly. My daughter paid a lot of money for that bouquet that didn't last even a week.

The mothers day basket is very pretty. I was surprised because my first order from you was unusual. Just not like Ms. Ruth use to do. However this basket was very beautiful!
